While we don’t really have Falcons (except the ute variety) on the islands, we do have many Sea Eagles, Kites and Goshawks which make their nests in this unique area on the periphery of Canaipa Passage, just across from North Stradbroke Island.
From this 501m2 block, perched high above the waterline and adjoining Naples Drive, you’ll have a bird’s-eye view over the bay and witness all the spectacular flora and fauna of the South-East-end of the island.
An unusual, triangle-shaped block which slopes to the East, this recently-cleared site has a light scattering of saplings and filtered water views. Bay breezes keep this site cool and sleepy coves provide a playground for the marine life, while the aspect offers views to the Gold Coast and both North and South Stradbroke islands.
